Special Project #1

Cooking for the Family

I always have difficulties coming up with ideas on what to cook for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Let's just say that my husband and I do not share the same choices of food. And with a 1-year-old who's just about to learn about food, the lil one tend to reject mostly everything that I cook. That is quite frustrating. So I would end up choosing eating out over cooking.

So, the challenge now is to change this. I know, with a child growing up, eating out is not the best solution. She needs to love mom's food!! Just like how I crave for my mom's cooking! I definitely do not want to miss that!!

So here goes. I'm going to start with a list of recipes that I thought are good to have in my keep, then hopefully later on, I can go to the next level to set a list of menu for a week for my family.

Note: thanks to all these wonderful people who came up with all these wonderful recipes. All the credit goes to them.
